All orders ship via USPS from Philadelphia, PA.

Cost of shipping within the Continental US is included in your purchase. Orders shipped 4-6 business days from placement. Tracking will be provided to you upon your order being shipped!

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Contact us if you'd like to place an order from outside the Continental United States.

My tracking update says my order's shipped, but there's no update! What does this mean?

Your tracking service begins the moment we print your shipping label here at HQ. Even before we've taken your package to the shipment center, you'll know we've begun the process. No worries! We ship within 4-6 business days of your order and you'll receive the new update shortly afterwards!

Do you accept returns?

All agreements made with Pandora are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges - please reference the product photos and description thoroughly before your purchase.

Help! I have a problem with my order! Who do I call?

Oh no! For any issue with your order's tracking, confirmation, or other details before its arrival, please contact us at contact@pandorasfootlocker.com

My order was incorrect, or arrived damaged! What do?

Fuck! For any issue with your product upon arrival, send us a message at contact@pandorasfootlocker.com. Mistakes on our end are our bad and we’re committed to rectifying our errors. Your order is insured via USPS and in the event of it arriving damaged, we will work alongside you to follow through on your coverage.

Custom Orders

Can I place a custom order/commission?

Yes! Many of our products can be purchased in custom color or configuration. If you would like to contact one of our members for a custom piece, their information can be found below. Please send an email with your details, including your desired work, your price range, and any reference photos you have for your desired piece. We accept custom orders at our own discretion, and reserve the right to refuse an order that would be impossible or inappropriate.
